This month is all about 'feel good' products as we enter into the colder months. For Video round-up take a look here

1. KEYS SOULCARE

This range by Alicia Keys is literally like being wrapped in a warm comfort blanket. The perfect nourishing products for these colder winter months when you're skin is starting to feel dry from the cold and the central heating.

It's designed to create 'beauty with intention' capturing Alicia's love of self love combined with the expertise of dermatologist Renee Snyder, and each product comes with it's own 'mantra' and ritual suggestion. I've been using the Renewing Body + Hand Wash £24, Rich Nourishing Body Cream £35 and the Sacred Body Oil £35. All can obviously be used together for an ultra nourishing treatment or independently. The fragrance is really subtle but heartwarming and ingredients include Rose of Jericho, Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter.

Starter set £48. Available here

2. Kalmar Joy Foaming Polish £32

I am slightly obsessed by Kalmar bath and body products primarily due to its fragrances but also the formulations are exceptional. These products are so beautiful and just make you feel good when you use them. This is quite a fine scrub so can be used daily. It's also extremely nourishing as it contains Shea Butter while Amber Gemstone, Rhodiola, Cocoa and Orange Extract provide the most uplifting and revitalising treat.

3. Tea & Tonic Inviting Sleep Body Oil £49

You might be aware that I've been working with this brand since launch in Spring of 2021. All teas and 'tonics' contain adaptogen herbs so we are helping our bodies to fight any daily stresses while nourishing - both inside and out - with beautiful formulations and really mood enhancing fragrances through essential oils.

This body oil literally calms as you apply it. I have it by my bed and smooth it on every night. It's fast absorbing so no worries about the sheets, and contains vitamins C and E along with Omega Fatty Acids. Other key ingredients include Camalina Seed Lavender Oil and a combination of adaptogen herbs including Ginseng Root extract, Gotu Kola Leaf extract and Holy Basil Leaf Extract.

4. Chanel Eau de Teint Water-Fresh Tint £50

This product is simply incredible! The perfect glossy, healthy looking skin in a bottle. I first discovered it in the summer and it was perfect for that very 'natural' light coverage and tint while I had a slight tan.

This Autumn, as the tan faded, it's come into its own. Technically it's 75% water+ micro-droplets of encapsulated pigement which when applied to the skin melt to create a blurred natural glow. It is literally healthy glowy skin in a bottle! Comes with its own brush too. For winter - I do apply either a light foundation over it or just dab concealer where needed. My colour is Medium Plus

5. Charlotte Tilbury Hyaluronic HappiKiss £25

Oh wow this lip balm! This is a cross between a moisturising lip balm and a lipstick leaving a hint of dewy glossy colour on the lips. It contains hydrating Hyularonic Acid and C-Peptide for plumping, nourishing butters for softness and glossy pigments for a high shine finish. This is the ultimate in lip care for these cold winter months - and not too bad under a mask either.
